At The Grief Shop it matters to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our terms and conditions carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from The Grief Shop.
Our pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and must be paid for in New Zealand dollars. All prices include GST.
Items out of stock
Our stock levels are closely monitored and our website updated when items become unavailable. That said, if we are unable to fill your order, we will contact you to discuss possible replacement options. We appreciate the care that goes into choosing the “just right” gift and want to ensure you are completely happy with what is sent.
Damaged parcels
We take great care and pride in what we do. We ensure all items and gift boxes leave us beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. Despite our efforts, and those of the courier, occasionally items can get damaged in transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is amiss, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Email support@thegriefshop.co.nz with the order number and a photo of the items as they were received. We will be in touch and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for return, all items must be in original packaging and unused.
Non-delivery of parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived, please report it to us within 10 days of dispatch. This allows us to follow up with the courier, and if needed, arrange a replacement for you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges, so please choose items carefully.
Order cancellations
We do not offer order cancellations once an order has been placed and paid for.
